You won't need any equipment or a doctor's visit to check your health with these simple tests.
You can spend them at home and they won't take more than a minute.
These simple ways will help you better understand your body and not miss the first signs that some kind of failure has occurred.

Parkinson
1. Raise your hand palm down and place a sheet of paper on the back.

So you can notice any abnormal tremor. Having a slight tremor is normal, especially if you hold your hand long enough. However, a stronger tremor in the arm can indicate elevated caffeine levels, low blood sugar, anxiety, and even early-stage Parkinson's disease.
Atrial fibrillation

Mobility and longevity
4. Stand in front of the mirror, cross your legs and sit cross-legged on the floor without the help of your hands.

It is a test of muscle strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. If you can sit in this position without the help of your hands, your muscles and ligaments are in good shape. The study found that people over the age of 50 who were able to perform this test lived longer.
Vision loss
5. Stand in front of a door opening or a large window frame and close your left eye while looking at the frame for 30 seconds. Repeat with the second eye.

If you don't see the horizontal and vertical lines of the frame parallel, that is, if they are distorted, then perhaps you have an early stage of macular degeneration, which can lead to vision loss.
Diseases of the arteries
6. Lie down on the bed and raise your legs at an angle of 45 degrees on the pillows. Hold them for a minute and then hang them from the bed at right angles.

This is a test for problems with the arteries. If you feel numb or your legs have become pale and have not returned to normal within a minute, it could be a sign of peripheral artery disease that can lead to pressure problems, heart attack, and stroke.
Dementia
7. Draw from memory the dial of the clock with hands indicating the time 3:40.

Inability to draw a watch face from memory can be an early sign of dementia
Bad breath
8. Scrute the back of the tongue with a spoon, place the spoon in a bag and place under a bright light source for 1 minute, and then smell.

This is a bad breath test. A healthy tongue should be clean, but if there is a thick layer of plaque on the tongue, then this can be a sign of problems with the respiratory system, liver, kidneys, hormones or intestines.
A fruity smell may indicate ketoacidosis (when the body burns fats for energy and can be a sign of diabetes), the smell of ammonia may indicate kidney problems, and other odors may indicate stomach or lung problems. However, the study shows that 90 percent of bad breath cases are associated with periodontitis, infected tonsils, tooth decay or cracked fillings
