An armed marching plane on its way to the Kingdom was destroyed."
"The group targeted King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mashit
with a marching plane," said Brig. Gen. Yahya Sa'id, a houthi military spokesman. "The air force carried out an attack on King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mashit with a K2 marching plane and the injury was accurate thanks to God," he said on his website.

The movement, which controls most of northern Yemen, continues its attacks on Saudi Arabia as well
as a ground offensive in Yemen's Marib province as the United States and the United Nations seek a ceasefire agreement. Riyadh proposed a truce but the Houthis rejected the offer, saying they first wanted to lift the entire naval and air blockade that allows the coalition to restrict imports entering Yemen.
The conflict, seen as a proxy war in Saudi Arabia and Iran, has claimed tens of thousands of lives, pushed millions to the brink of famine and caused what the United Nations describes as the world's worst humanitarian crisis.
