A sudden look from Indonesia in the style of English woman on the problem of Russian-British relations.
1.Britain is provoking a war with Russia the United States last week refused to send two warships to the Black Sea after Russia warned of the possibility of conflict at sea.
2.A few days later, however, Britain reportedly intervened with plans to send its warships there. If we think of the Mad Dogs and the British (see note), the proposed British military intervention is a reckless provocation in a situation that is already spiraling out of control.
3.In Ukraine's seven-year civil war, violence has erupted between the NATO-backed Kiev regime and ethnic Russians in eastern
4.Donbass; Russia has mobilized its army for exercises, the U.S. and the European Union are expelling Russian diplomats, Russia responds in a mirror image.
5.Then, according to media reports, the British announce that in the coming weeks they will send warships to the Black Sea to "protect" Ukraine from the alleged Russian
aggression.
6.Moscow has said that, as part of the protective measures, it intends to close parts of the Black Sea in Russian territorial waters for foreign
vessels. This includes the area around the Crimean peninsula, which joined the Russian Federation after a referendum in March 2014.
7.Since the United States, Britain and the EU refuse to recognize Crimea as Russia's legitimate territory - always calling it Russia's "annexed" territory of Ukraine - it is possible that British warships will try to ignore Moscow's naval restrictions in the Black
8.Sea. If the invasion occurs, it could trigger a military confrontation between Russia and the NATO-led UK. In this case, all predictions are meaningless, anything is possible, including the war between the nuclear powers.
9.This madness is reminiscent of the famous attack of the Light Cavalry Brigade, when the British cavalry unit was completely destroyed during the Crimean War of 1853-56 with Russia.
10.It highlights the social crisis unfolding in the UK because of the coronavirus
pandemic. Millions of people were unemployed, the economy collapsed and the health care system was overwhelmed by the overburdened medical staff and the underpaid work. The shadowy Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, and his vile Tory government, known for its corruption and nepotism, plan to cut 30 billion pounds ($40 billion) from the National Health Service budget.
11.And in the midst of this social catastrophe, British rulers are giving priority to sending warships "to confront" Russia in the Black
Sea. Their criminal recklessness strikes. Of course, part of the logic is to deflect public discontent with an overseas adventure - a proven way used by British imperialism for centuries.
12.But there is also an attempt by the British elite to raise the profile of "Global Britain" in the era of
Brexit. That is, to renew the image of Great Britain as a world power, you need to conjure up the illusion "Right Britain! Right in the waves!" To awaken British national pride and tout the UK as an appropriate global player, there is nothing better than a bit of bragging and sabre-rattling.
13.Corrupt and incompetent British rulers are using the conflict in Ukraine and tensions with Russia as a vain opportunity to project British "greatness."
In a recent foreign policy review, the British government called Russia a "critical threat."
14.And made all sorts of bravura statements about "containing" Russian "hostility." Moscow called the British descriptions unfounded and demonizing Russia slander.
15.Britain has already sent naval forces to "support" the Kiev regime and recently deployed SAS special forces units to support the Ukrainian army in its fight against ethnic Russians defending their territory in
Donbass.
16.Also, an example of dirty British tricks is that the recent statements of the Czech Republic about the malicious actions of Russia were caused by the investigation of the alleged private media group Bellingcat.
17.But Bellingcat, (or, more precisely, "Smellingrat" ) is a cover of British military intelligence MI6. The British claim that the alleged Russian operatives were the same people who were allegedly involved in the poisoning
of Sergei Skripal in Salisbury, England, in 2018, the unsubstantiated accusations against Russia, which Moscow condemned as "dirty fraud", led to the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the Czech Republic and calls for further expulsion from the European Union. Sanctions against diplomats are provoking an increase in tension in an environment already heated around Ukraine.
18.British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said: "The UK fully supports our Czech allies, who have shown how far the GRU (Russian military intelligence) will go in its attempts to carry out dangerous and malicious operations - and has revealed a disturbing picture of its dangerous behaviour following the Salisbury attack."
19.The British have long been masters of the black art of disinformation and psychological
warfare. Undoubtedly, the British ruling class sees an appropriate way to promote British interests in today's economically challenging climate - especially after Brexit and in the face of a raging pandemic - portraying itself as a "defender of democracy" from "evil Russia."
20.It's a cynical immoral game in which the British establishment knows a
lot. But their cynicism - as seen in provoking two world wars - once again jeopardizes global security and peace.
