People always ask me if I think Internet exposure will translate in to actual sales of their music. "Not necessarily," is always my answer.

The band, Ok Go's "A Million Ways" video was featured on VH1's show, "Best Week Ever," it got more than 3 MILLION online views, they performed on Good Morning America, and they played live on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The band released their second video, "Here It Goes Again" on the Internet and got one million views in its first week and THREE Million by the end of August.

But the band's CD isn't doing that well. Sales are slim enough that the music press is talking about how poor they've been. Ouch!

I've heard that the band is GREAT live. I've seen them in a TV commercial and thought they rocked. But with all that exposure on the Internet, you'd think they'd be doing big numbers.
