Hi there! It's Aminada and my vision of the Oracle class.
I'll try to make a FAQ about the Oracle Mastery and abilities. Everything is a complete IMHO, based on the experience of top russian players and my own ^__^
How to begin?
First thing we should discover is, that Oracles can be either awesome damage dealers or, maybe, best tanks for magical bosses. It is important to choose your combat role as it impacts the choise of your weapon. While using 2h Scythe, you make nice dmg. If you want to tank - 1h talisman is your choise.
As for attributes - full Ferocity. This game in about crits, and there is no need to submit points in Constitution, for example. Oracles are survivalists from birth. IMHO (!!!)
Below you will find my Oracle's Mastery for a DD with a Scythe. But even if you'll have to change your weapon, you'll be able to use all taken active abilities (they don't depend on the equipped weapon).

1st row.
Meditation Training (5/5) - found it useful to increase AP by 100 points. But I don't insist ^___^
Physical Exercise (5/5) - as Oracles are melee mages, more HP will do only good.
Divine Fury (5/5) - increases the duration and effectiveness of Oracle's awesome "enrage".
2nd row.
Energy Impact (5/5) - active ability, which is very strong for crushing several mobs. After a series of powerful hits, it knocks back all affected enemies. One of my mainly used skills.
Flash Shadow (2/5) - can be used to rush through the crowd of mobs. Dealt dmg is just a nice bonus ^___^
Draconic Knowledge (5/5) - raises Dragon Affinity in %. Just simply makes Oracle even more incredible, than before!
Great Scythe Mastery (5/5) - think, it's clear ^___^
3rd row.
Blessed Elusion (3/5) - removes all movement restricting effects, and it is really important for melee classes. More points you put in the skill - the duration of immunity increases.
4th row.
Enchanted Lacerate (5/5) - increases the dmg of your default attacks. If you have spare points - can put some in that passive.
5th row.
Warthorne Energy Sphere (5/5) - the only ranged skill of the Oracle. Inflicts huge dmg and freezes ordinary enemies for 4,5 sec. After using this skill you'll not be able to freeze targets for 15 sec, but you'll still make massive dmg.
6th row.
Draconic Empowerment (5/5) - you get 250 Dragon spell Damage. The main thing is, that neither players, nor mobs have enough resistances of that kind. That's why it is really effective, kinda irresistable dmg.
Ravaging Affliction (5/5) - very powerful skill. Makes not only huge damage, it also reduses enemy's Constitution for (!!!) 22% and knockbacks the croud.
Aspect of the Dragon (5/5) - self-buff, 500 Dragon spell Damage for 1 m. Useful on bosses, a part of Oracle's "enrage".
All in all, you get 3 active abilities, immune to controle, fast running and self-buff. This way you will be able to feel yourself comfortable in melee, having lots of ways to control foes and staying alive ^___^
