Though not together, but not apart

And it will never disappear.
They hear my voice, it sings and laughs,
It doesn't loose its joking paths.
They look at eyes, which never cry,
With power glimmer - don't know why
The mask I wear changes everyday
To be unnoticed, while I play.
But you, who know what is inside,
Why are you THERE, not by my side?
Are frightened you? It may be so.
You feel the darkness of my soul,
The world of Cold, the world of Lies -
That's why you call me often ice?
But it was you, who helped it grow,
Not being mine, as we both know.
Not trusting you, with future lost,
I still want you to be my host.
I'll have a share, I'll have a part,
Though not together, but not apart
