after 2 nights of googlin tryin and testin, PW worx at the workin PC again!
woooohah!
but it is SLOW AS HELL(((
the only i could do is mob-kach((
coz other events r practically unreal to play becoz of connection speed(
but nevertheless i'd successfully hav a client for one 19+))

coz admin had banned port 29000 (which is used py PW) and the only shit i could do is to create a proxy that will cnange port numbers.
unfortunately, it uses a row of public proxies (and they r chosen randomly from on-list).
and more unfortunately, almost r situated either in europe or in america(( ans rarely in asia(
and it's practically unreal to control and fix the connection via all these proxies coz they switch rapidly (i guess this system is lil'bit alike torrents but with lil'bit more global level)
next time i'll try to establish connection via only europian proxy-servers...
so google google google!
