So, when the end of the fiscal year comes, then, the secrets of the U.S. government are forced out. And when the secrets of the U.S. government are forced into the public, as they must be at the end of the fiscal year, then, by that time, if not sooner, the whole U.S. system will blow out. It could blow out tomorrow. The condition for an explosion of that type is already present. ..
Now, also in the United States, in the past week or so, we have a development which is unique to the United States at this time. There is a state of a breakdown of the system; technically, it's called a "mass strike." What you have is a break, by the citizenry generally—and this is not by class, or anything, it's the citizenry generally, from all kinds of classifications. The citizens now hate their President, and they hate most of the members of the Congress. Today, as of this moment, there is not a single member of the Congress, who would be likely to be re-elected, in the next election. That may change, but as of now, the American people hate their representatives in Congress.

Ларуш имеет в виду, что после окончания финансового года и выхода отчетности плачевное состояние экономики США станет ясно уже всем. Банкротство на всех трех уровнях – федерального бюджета, бюджетов почти всех штатов и имеющих ключевое значение банков и компаний скрыть не получится. Это приведет к массовому оттоку капиталов из системообразующих банков, их каскадное банкротство и аннигиляцию финансовой системы США, сопровождающейся взрывной девальвацией доллара.
Это мнение Ларуша. Вообще то, что он назвал сроки характерно – раньше он сроков не называл, хотя что «так жить нельзя» говорил еще с 1970х. Но, как нетрудно заметить, речь идет не столько о финансовых, сколько об психологических критериях. А предсказать поведение точно невозможно.
Тем не менее надо обратить внимание, что процессы ускоряются. Вот список обанкротившихся банков в США:

Если в 2008 обанкротилось 25 банков, то за неполный 2009 – уже 81. Хоть это в основном и мелкие банки, но процесс показателен.
Скорее всего что-то должно произойти до середины октября. Что-то крупное для отвлечения внимания. Принимаю ставки что и где:)
