nothing helps, but waking up 1 hour before it is really needed.
If I try to get to the ofice by 10-00 (official start of the day) I get there at 10-30. Started aiming at 9-00! It worked! I am there at 9-45, almost the first! Feels great!!!

You know, theoretically, I understand it, but when I need to get ut, I don't hear the alarm clock on my cellphone, or I forget to unmute it after classes, or something else.
