Сегодня предлагаю вам рецепт “моего” плова. Вернее, не моего, а моей тети, которая в юношестве жила в Узбекистане, откуда и привезла этот рецепт. Однажды попробовав этот плов вся наша семья уже более 13 лет готовит его только по ”узбекскому” рецепту.
Поверьте, нижепредложенный рецепт - это не рис с мясом, который готовят в России, Беларуси или на Украине. Тут нечно иное. В общем, приготовите и сами узнаете.
Ингредиенты:
1. Мякоть баранины 500 гр.
2. Морковь 3 шт. (средние)
3. Лук репчатый 1 шт. (крупная)
4. Рис пропаренный 3,5 ст.
5. Барбарис ½ ч.л.
6. Перец красный острый
7. Соль
8. Чеснок 8-10 зубчиков
9. Растительное масло
Приготовление:
1. Баранину нарежьте небольшими кусочками.
2. В казан (кастрюля с толстым дном) или жаровню налить немного масла растительного и обжарить на большом огне мясо.
3. Морковь и лук очистить, лук мелко порезать, морковь натереть на терке и выложить в жаровню к мясу, обжарить.
4. Сверху овощи посыпьте специями.
5. Высыпьте в жаровню тщательно промытый (промыть около 4-5 раз под холодной водой) рис, залейте его водой так, чтобы она закрывала рис полностью и была выше риса на 1,5-2 см.
6. Воткните в плов зубчики чеснока.
7. Увеличить огонь до максимума, не накрывая крышкой и на большом огне готовить до полного выкипания воды.
8. Как только вся вода выкипет, засеките ровно 2-3 минуты и выключите его.
9. Накройте плов крышкой, сверху положите теплое полотенце и дайте ему настояться около 1,5-2 часов.
