(р. в Алма-Ате 1970 г) — поп-певец, композитор.
Вокальный дар, по словам Насырова, достался ему от отца (мулла, читает Коран, голос неописуемой красоты, поет народные песни, играет на разных инструментах). Еще в школе Мурат увлекся гитарой — с первого класса исполнял песни BEATLES. Настоящая музыкальная деятельность началась в армии, в Ашхабаде, в так называемом творческом коллективе дивизии под названием «ВРЕМЯ», где он познакомился с Андреем Меркуловым, ставшим впоследствии соратником певца и компаньоном по группе «НОВЫЙ ПОРТ», с которой он выступает и поныне.

Отслужив, в 1991 Насыров по совету Меркулова отправился в Москву, где поступил в Гнесинское музыкальное училище по классу вокала (педагог Наталья Зиновьевна Андрианова). В том же году Мурат Насыров дебютировал на Всесоюзном телевизионном конкурсе молодых исполнителей «Ялта-91», где поразил жюри (среди которых были Крутой Игорь, Вайкуле Лайма, Матецкий Владимир, Йола Яак) и зрителей своей яркой индивидуальностью и неожиданной трактовкой песни из репертуара Аллы Пугачевой (Пугачева Алла) Волшебник-недоучка, кроме того Мурат спел одну свою песню Ты одна — Careless Whisper Джорджа Майкла. Его победа на том памятном конкурсе была бесспорной, несмотря на сильный состав участников, среди которых были Хлебникова Марина и Царикати Феликс .



По возвращении в Москву видный политический деятель Константин Боровой предложил Насырову контракт, по которому в течение двух лет он обещал сделать из него звезду советской эстрады, но прошло полгода, и он решил «продюсерский эксперимент» приостановить. Насырову пришлось петь в ресторанах популярные песни, в том числе и женские. За эти годы он сочинил много интересных песен — среди них такие как Мальчик хочет в Тамбов, Шаг.

В 1995 студия «Союз» издала компакт-диск CD-сингл с песнями Шаг, Это лишь сон и Натали. В 1997 вышел первый большой альбом Мурата «Кто-то простит», куда вошли 12 песен, в том числе три — с предыдущего сингла, 11 из них написаны Насыровым. Однако песней, принесшей ему настоящую известность, стала «Мальчик хочет в Тамбов» — русскоязычная кавер-версия иностранного хита Tic Tic Tac группы CARAPICHES (автор русского текста — Сергей Харин).
Насыров нашел себя в амплуа исполнителя мягкой, лиричной и профессионально безупречной музыки.

19 января 2007 года произошел несчатный случай, где Мурат Насыров погиб.
