Пятница, тридцатое октября было отмечено в календаре красным цветом у многих болельщиков самарского клуба Крылья Советов. В этот день их любимый клуб должен был сражаться со своим принципиальным соперником казанским Рубином на поле соперника.
Люди бросали работу, учёбу, дабы выбраться в соседнюю республику и поболеть за свой любимый клуб. В результате люди получили следующее:
С самого въезда в город, и до самого сектора, самарскую делегацию обследовали на каждом шагу. Объясняя тем, что «Вы не в России, здесь свои порядки», ЛЮДЕЙ (!!!) били (и не всегда только руками и ногами), использовали дубинки, чтобы будить спящих пассажиров. Некоторых за недовольство таким обращением забирали уже на постах, и везли к стадиону в бобиках. Болельщики были в шоке от такого «гостеприимства». И можно представить настроение людей, когда они всё-таки попали на «свой» сектор, перед этим получив ещё одну немаленькую порцию унижения при проходе на сектор – ЛЮДЕЙ опять же били, толкали, раздевали до трусов, прощупывали гениталии так, что некоторым после этого больно было ходить…
В кипу ко всему тому, что было до начала футбольного матча, добавился ещё и сам матч. Игроки, по всей видимости, в этот день были в сговоре с блюстителями так называемого «порядка», и в который раз показали своё неуважение к болельщикам. Игроки знают, насколько данный матч принципиален для тех, кто в отличие от них, связан с клубом не контрактом, а сердцем и душой. И, тем не менее, вместо того, чтобы «рвать и метать» на поле, выступали в этом матче зрителями атак Казанцев.
Апогеем всего этого стало, то, что показали по всем центральным каналам. Поджог двух кресел привёл к тому, что пожарные принялись тушить «пожар», поливая ЛЮДЕЙ. У пожарников, конечно, могут быть свои какие-то особые взгляды на жизнь, но тем, кто далёк от их «искусства» очень тяжело понять, каким образом может погаснуть огонь на креслах, если воду лить на ЛЮДЕЙ. И болельщики явно не просили холодный в конце октября, когда на улице идёт снег. Это к вопросу о том, что послужило катализатором всех событий. Нет дыма без огня.
Далее. С сектора по истечении часа после окончания матча выпускают по одному. «Понравившихся» забирают с собой. «Нравились» товарищам в погонах (в данном тексте неслучайно понятие ЛЮДИ не используется в отношении милиционеров) в основном люди с грязными руками, лицом.
ЛЮДЕЙ таскали за волосы, рвали одежду, в буквальном смысле слова «вели пенками». В итоге 120 человек вместо дороги домой увидели дорогу в отделения милиции, где над ними продолжали издеваться и издеваются до сих пор.
Ребят бьют, не дают спать, не кормят, во многих камерах люди спят стоя или по очереди.
В то же время, по телевидению и в прессе начали появляться видеоролики и статьи о том, как «самарские фанаты сожгли сектор». И ни слова о том, как вели себя «блюстители порядка». ПОЧЕМУ?
ПОЧЕМУ? Почему поджог двух кресел – это зверский акт вандализма, а бесчеловечное поведение персон с погонами на плечах и дубинками на плечах – это нормально? Почему?
Почему вся Россия уже сутки только и говорит о том, какие в Самаре отмороженные болельщики? Почему?
По имеющейся информации, один из самарских болельщиков, в возрасте 15ти лет получил в наказания за «злодеяния» административный арест, равный по суткам количеству лет, прожитых им…
Родители его узнали уже об этом по факту вынесения приговора. Скажите, где в УК написано, что милиция имеет на это право?
В основном же задержанным назначили наказания виде 4-5 суток административного ареста.
На троих заведены уголовные дела за «хулиганство и причинение вреда имуществу». Какое хулиганство? Укрытие от водомёта или давки теперь котируется как хулиганство? Или как вандализм?
Всех троих посчитали «зачинщиками беспорядков». Значит, если человек захотел спастись от струи холодной воды и д. авки означает, что он зачинщик беспорядков?
На лицо факт полного нарушения, как законов России, так и человеческих законов со стороны носителей пагонов.
Так же стоит упомянуть о факте кражи (!) барабана, сотрудниками милиции города Казани. На просьбу отдать барабан, сотрудник клуба (!) получил оскорбления и угрозы.

«Здравствуйте все болельщики Крыльев. Скажу сразу, что плохо понимаю во всех войнах. Но то, что творилось в Казани повергло меня в шок. Скажу сразу: ехали смотреть футбол, вдвоём (муж и я) на автобусе. На территории Татарстана автобус остановил наряд ДПС. Доблестные сотрудники, которого вошли в автобус и, будя дубинками, спящих людей, не взирая на то женщина, ребёнок или мужчина приказали самарским с паспортами идти на пост - регистрироваться . Примерно через час после матча отборочного матча Евро-2008 с командой Эстонии болельщики сборной России смогли покинуть трибуны и направились на Ратушную площадь, чтобы отпраздновать победу. По пути их встретила группа эстонских неонацистов, в результате чего произошла серьёзная драка. Не меньше десятка молодых людей, бритых наголо и одетых в камуфлированные брюки, начали выяснять отношения с россиянами практически на проезжей части. Полицейская машина прибывает мгновенно, но стражи порядка ведут себя как-то странно. Разделив враждующих и, никого не задержав, они беседуют с эстонскими скинхедами и уезжают. Россияне тем временем группируются на другом конце улицы. Очевидно, что сейчас последует продолжение.

Как только исчезает полиция, драка вспыхивает с новой силой. Россияне бегут обратно к своим оппонентам, один из которых моментально оказывается на асфальте от сильного удара в лицо. Остальных неонацистов загоняют в небольшую слабоосвещённую улочку, где начинается настоящее побоище с участием порядка полусотни человек. Фанаты вырывают шлагбаумы, преграждающие въезды во дворы, хватают все подручные средства и ожесточенно бьют ими друг друга. Прохожие в ужасе замирают, безмолвно наблюдая за не виданной для тихого Таллинна картиной.

Полиция прибывает лишь спустя несколько минут,но утихомирить дерущихся даже ей удается не сразу. Большинство российских болельщиков покидают поле боя, избежав задержания. Практически у каждого разбиты лицо и губы, у одного из россиян кровь струится из головы. Окрестности оглашает скандирование "Россия, Россия!" Никто из эстонцев из темной улочки уже не вышел - ими занялась полиция.

[показать] На нескольких станциях московского метро произошли драки болельщиков футбольных клубов ЦСКА и "Спартак". Столкновения произошли в вагонах поездов на кольцевой линии. На станции "Добрынинская" пришлось высадить из поезда пассажиров и отправить состав в депо.
На Калужской и Сокольнической линиях хулиганы разбили стекла в нескольких вагонах. Милиционеры задержали несколько десятков молодых людей, передает "Эхо Москвы".

Всего в Москве произошло более 20 столкновений фанатов, в том числе возле железнодорожных станций пригородных электричек.

Матчи между "Спартаком" и ЦСКА нередко заканчиваются драками и беспорядками. Впрочем, иногда фанаты обеих команд пытаюся выяснить отношения еще до начала игры. Так, 9 сентября прошлого года,еще до начала матча между ЦСКА и Спартаком стычка фанатов произошла в районе станции метро Рязанский проспект. По официальным данным в беспорядках принимали участие примерно по 60 человек с каждой стороны.

Несмотря на то, что сотрудники милиции довольно оперативно вмешалась в дело, несколько человек все же получили легкие травмы.

Добрый день, вечер, утро… Хуй его знает, кто и когда будет это все читать.
Начну с того, что эта статья – мой личный взгляд на происходящее в Одессе, хотя обязательно коснусь и всего украинского околофутбольного движения. Кроме того, надо бы отметить, что я закончил принимать участие в траблах, после приезда днепрян в сентябре 2005 г., когда блядские хохлы в лице «кефиров», наломали мне красивый уход из «большого спорта», в возрасте 35 лет. Как говорится, когда-то приходит время заканчивать, дата окончания была определена, жаль не получилось как хотелось... О-от суки!… Впрочем, думаю, могут найтись люди, не понимающие о чем я. Коротко расскажу. Игра «Черноморца» дома с «Днепром». Ждем и ищем днепрян. Общий сбор был назначен к 13-00, до этого – как кому хочется. Скауты работали с утра. Днепрян особо искать не пришлось, расположились они возле стадио в парке, в количестве человек 60-65, как доложила разведка. В районе 13-30 принято решение выдвигаться (нас – под полтинник). Когда до противника оставалось не более минуты ходу, появился скаут и сообщил, что моб оппонента насчитывает не менее 80 щей. Но народ был на взводе: мы их и такое количество вальнем! Однако… После начала столкновения, секунд через 30, когда вся основа увязла в махаче, из засады прыгнуло человек 20 хохлов, решивших сделать левый выезд. Результат – поражение одесситов. Я сломал руку о какого-то балбеса, выезд в Борисполь, на хохлов, пришлось отложить. Проигрыш этого махача, как и все прочие неудачи одесситов – в недостатке организации. В организации я подразумеваю все: и доверие к своим скаутам, и более жесткая дисциплина и т.д. Правда, начать я хотел немного не так…
Итак, что сказать. Нельзя сказать, что дела веселые. Как всегда, одесситы проигрывают главному своему оппоненту – хохлам – в количестве. Дело привычное, никого этим не удивишь. Только вот образовалась проблема серьезная после ухода остатков возрастных людей – исчезло в банде то, что было ее главным достоинством: безбашенность, сила духа, смелость, способность выйти маленьким количеством на любое число соперника. Кроме того, киевляне очень серьезно прибавили в качестве: уровень подготовки бойцов у них вырос на порядок. Совсем недавно у одесситов появился еще один серьезный соперник – днепряне. По количеству эти тоже в свою очередь уже начали нас превосходить, и, думается, они идут по пути хохлов. Здоровый образ жизни, занятия спортом, привлечение в ряды профессиональных спортсменов, плюс количество – вот чем берут хохлы сейчас. И как не вспомнить год эдак 2000-й, когда я говорил тем нашим, кому сейчас от 23-х: идите в спортзалы, занимайтесь собой, только качеством мы сможем валить хохлов. А что получилось? Как распиздяйничали в своей основе, так и продолжают. Кто из этой толпы внял моим советам? Да никто! Водка, пиво, а у кое-кого и наркотики, как были, так и остаются главными видами спорта. Так что события последнего года – это всего лишь логичный итог развития нашего движа за последние пять лет. Пока одесситы, как не прискорбно это звучит, еще находятся на пути от пьяного, почти неорганизованного фанатизма 90-х к высокоорганизованному хулиганизму. Вообще надо понимать, что в 90-х годах в Одессе рулили люди, которые были гм… суппортирующими хулиганами. В куче были все: 10-15 хулс, и масса фанатья, которое чтобы не потерять лицо, держалось бойцов. Теперь же пошло разделение: отдельно суппортеры, отдельно хулиганы, а средний класс – как получится.
Сегодня в Одессе есть одна более или менее организованная банда. Это – Пираты. Хотя какая на хрен организация, когда не смогли выкупить двух людей, попавших в застенки к серым?! На подходе интересная, достаточно молодая фирма, названия я пока не слышал, и вообще не знаю, будет ли когда оно, но в любом случае посмотрим, что у них получится. Ну и самые молодые – Хантерсы. Задатки как бы есть, вопрос будут ли они идти за старшими, которые в своей основе забыли как выглядит спортзал, или все-таки выведут одесский футбольный хулиганизм на более высокий уровень. Больше хулс-мобов в Одессе нет вообще. Вот и прикидываю я – кругом-бегом эти бандформирования наберут человек 40 регулярного состава. (Ой, забыл, есть как бы организованный алкоголь-фронт, человек десять от силы. Хотя, именно этот фронт может очень серьезно повеселить хохлов на дерьме, которого так хотелось «хохлам-кефирам»). А кто ж еще приходит на сборы? Мать его е, ведь собрали сотню людей на приезд хохлов, 80 – на днепрян. Почему эти люди не знают, что делать? А вообще надо сказать вот что – потенциал в Одессе сумасшедший, но нет одной из самых главных составляющих – нет сильных лидеров. Вспоминая прошлое, можно сказать, что у всех, кто мог стать лидером в одесском движе, был один недостаток – ЛЕНЬ. Сегодняшних ребят, способных потянуть груз лидерства знаю не настолько плотно, чтобы четко представлять себе, чего они могут достигнуть. В Греции произошли массовые столкновения болельщиков
В Греции в очередной раз произошли столкновения между поклонниками двух враждующих клубов - афинского «Панатинаикоса» и пирейского «Олимпиакоса». Как сообщает РИА «Новости», болельщики вторых устроили на поклонников первых целых две засады. Первая оказалась неудачной из-за того, что поезд с болельщиками «Панатинаикоса» проследовал мимо платформы, на которой их ждали пирейцы, без остановки. Зато когда, сойдя с поезда, афиняне направились на паром, который должен был доставить их на Крит на матч очередного тура чемпионата Греции, на них неожиданно напала группа из примерно семидесяти человек.
Они забрасывали афинян бутылками с зажигательной смесью, камнями и другими предметами. Полиции удалось разогнать болельщиков «Олимпиакоса», но задержан ни один из них не был. Зато были задержаны 62 подвергнувшихся нападению афинянина. Дело в том, что в конце октября, после серьёзных столкновений на стадионах, прокуратура запретила болельщикам устраивать массовые совместные путешествия на выездные матчи своей команды из-за опасности спровоцировать нападение недружелюбно настроенных группировок.

During the 70's, 80's and early 90's West Ham United had what was proberly the country's best known and largest Hooligan firm. "The Inter city Firm" ( ICF ). The group in those days had it's roots in the area's around the East End. Canning Town, Plaistow, Stratford all provided lads who were to become legendary in the pubs and terraces at West Ham. Further out along the A13 has always been West Ham "country" and big groups came from Romford, Barking & Dagenham on the outskirts of East London and many more from further out into Essex. All these groups came together on match days and were an awesome firm and would see off any rivals willing to try there luck in the streets around the ground.
Many supporters from other clubs now talk about the 'most frightening walk' in English football being the walk from Upton Park Station to the Stadiums 'away fans' section in the South bank, unfortunately for them they were very often far from safe once they got inside the Ground as well. West ham lads would queue up and go into the away section causing mayhem and if that was not possible, then the segregation in the old South bank was only one fence with an open gate half way up. Occasionally the few police that use to mind the gate would go missing and the hordes of West Ham's south bank lads would pile through and into the shocked away support. Many of the ICF's top lads could also be found in the Lower West side at West Ham, they would gather in the corner where the West stand and the South bank meet, they could taunt the visitors all through the game and if it did go 'off', then it was across the small wall and after only a yard or two they would be in the away section.
Away games saw the ICF move into a league of their own. The organised supporters travel would be ignored and in the early days the firm would travel via the Rail network, arriving in towns well away from the official supporters clubs and with the element of surprise in their favour. Later, coaches would be hired and an early morning meet in one of various pubs would see 3 or 4 easily filled and loads of cars and vans would follow the main group out of East London. London games saw some of the biggest battles and the London Underground with it's maze of tunnels would be used to get across London without the Police being able to keep track of the firm. In those days entrance to grounds and more to the point the "Home" end was easy. No tickets were needed you just queued up and in you went. Especially in London where the accent didn't give you away ! !
During the 90's the ICF began to slow down. As did all the large hooligan groups across the country, lots of media type people and observers have wrote rubbish about Raves, Court cases ( failed !), CCTV and Police being the reasons for the trouble at football being a lot less than in previous years. My feeling is that the introduction of all ticket games is the biggest reason. Most Premier league football is sold out months in advance, tickets are sold to Club members or via Season tickets and large groups intent on trouble simply cant get a seat for today's games. Why travel all the way across the country if you know for certain that you wont be able to watch the game, dont believe all the idiots in "suits", most football hooligans are still football supporters and DO want to watch the match. All this does not mean that the ICF is finished. Recent years has seen more and more incidents involving the ICF and although they are not on the same scale as before, it is likely that the firm will get bigger as more are attracted to the "Buzz", and more pubs etc will be taken . .

Season 1999 / 2000
Chelsea v West Ham 07/11/99 Premier League. .......Chelsea and West Ham supporters clashed prior to this fixture. Police, including mounted branch officers then broke up the rival factions. Four arrests were made for affray and the rival supporters were escorted away.
West Ham United v Manchester United 18/12/99 Premier League. ......... At the end of this fixture the rival supporters attempted to confront each other. Disorder was prevented by the intervention of police, involving mounted branch officers and dog handlers. One police officer was injured when a bin was thrown at him. The Manchester supporters, now numbering around 75, were held near Upton Park Station and then escorted onwards by police. The West Ham supporters groups, numbering around 50, were at Plaistow Station. It was apparent that the two groups were in contact with each other via mobile phones. Both sets of supporters made their way to Euston. They again attempted to confront each other but were prevented from doing so by police.

Hooliganism in Scotland had had many different phases, the 1970's saw a lot of trouble amongst drunken football fans, leading to football authorities banning alcohol sales in football grounds. The 70's had also seen the skinhead fashion in full flow with some clubs having a very small minority who followed the club with the sole intention of causing trouble. But the real hooligan problem was born in the early 1980's with the birth of the Soccer Casual.

The birth of the casual

The early 80's saw the birth of the Casual, out went the previous skinhead fashions and in came Pringle jumpers, Lois cords, Farahs and Burberry scarves. The label was the thing, and the more expensive and exclusive the better. For the first time since the 60's Mod, lads were happy to look trendy and tidy, and these lads would use the terraces at their local club as their catwalks. During the early '80s the choice of menswear in most cities was limited to a few big department stores not like these days. That's why tracking down those obscure tennis shirts became essential for the Casual - Fila, Lacoste, Tacchini etc were the labels of the early '80s.

A lot of the fashion ideas came from abroad, so it's no surprise that the Scousers of Liverpool were at the forefront on the casual movement, their club were regulars in Europe in the late 70s and early 80's thus giving their supporters the chance to shop and thieve their way through Europe. As the grapevine spread news of the Casual phenomenon across the country, a 'uniform' of sorts began to emerge. This could be said to comprise of certain labels such as Slazenger, Lacoste, Ellesse, Burberry, Lois, Kappa, Levis etc. Anoraks, cords and bleached jeans became a regular sight on the Inter City service trains at a weekend. Arguably more importantly were the trainers. The knack of sporting the correct footwear became an art in itself.

The early years of the Scottish Scene

In Scotland Aberdeen Football Club was the first club to have a Casual following. It's pretty much agreed that the Aberdeen Casuals evolved around 1981 after Aberdeen played Liverpool in a European Cup-tie and Aberdeen lads saw the way Liverpool lads were dressed.

The Aberdeen Soccer Casuals (ASC), as the mob became known, contributed to a new style of football hooliganism in Scotland, distinguished not by the previous skinhead fashions but by the wearing of expensive sportswear and designer labels and accompanied by a heightened level of violence. Some Aberdeen lads would make regular trips to London to suss out new fashions and take in the occasional match with some Aberdeen lads forming a friendship with Spurs lads. The shops in London were a big attraction to lads from Scotland due to them stocking clothes and trainers that were not available back home.

As stated above Aberdeen fans were quick to pick up on the Casual phenonomen and the ASC quickly acquired a fearsome reputation throughout Scotland but strangely it was nearly 2 years later before any other team in Scotland had a Casual following. Motherwell were the next team to have a casual mob appear, their name being the 'Motherwell Saturday Service', their younger casuals (under16's) went by the name of the 'Tufty Club'.

During the two previous years Aberdeen Soccer Casuals had been involved in disorder in cities up and down Scotland but had been fighting rival fans and skinheads of other clubs due to no other clubs in Scotland having Casuals even though in England the casual scene was now in full swing with gangs attached to most clubs, skinheads were almost not existent at football grounds. With Motherwell now having a mob of casuals a rivalry quickly developed between Aberdeen and Motherwell Casuals resulting in a number of incidents. One of the worst incidents being in 1983 when the ASC entered the Motherwell section of the ground at Motherwells' Fir Park ground and chased their mob on to the pitch, resulting in the game being held up (there's even a story that Aberdeen's legendary club captain Willie Miller went into the stand to try and calm things down). Then in 1985 47 ASC were arrested after trying to ambush Motherwell Casuals on their way to the stadium for a match in Aberdeen, these arrests resulted in a number of jail sentences.

The mid-eighties

By 1984/85 Casuals had now attached themselves to most clubs in Scotland and were regularly making headlines in the newspapers. The Celtic club newspaper, 'The Celtic View', even went as far as to say that the casual scene was at epidemic proportions in Aberdeen, Aberdeen were able to pull mobs of around 600-700 for home games and up to 350-400 for away games during this period.

Fashions changed weekly but labels such Pringle, Lyle & Scott, Lois, Farah, Ellesse, Fila, Tacchinni, Diadora had fallen out of fashion to be replaced by such labels as Armani, Chipie, POP 84, Chevignon, Aquascutum etc though Lacoste and Burberrys still proved popular.

MORE than 200 Welsh football hooligans have been barred from going to the World Cup.

Despite Wales not qualifying, the yobs will have to hand in their passports this week to stop them travelling to Germany.

In all, 208 known Welsh hooligans, who all have a history of football violence, are banned from attending overseas football matches and will face the same sanctions as England supporters.

Each of them will have to report to their local police station and hand in their passports on Tuesday - 10 days prior to the opening match - and on every England matchday during the tournament to prove they are in the country.

Of the 208, there are 130 from South Wales, 50 from North Wales, 25 in the Gwent area and three in Dyfed-Powys.

POLICE in East Anglia have launched a major operation to stop football hooligans travelling from the region to the World Cup finals.

Officers have pledged to be vigilant at the region's ports and airports to prevent troublemakers heading out to the tournament, which starts in Germany on June 9.

They will also be monitoring more than 50 known hooligans from Essex and Suffolk, who are banned from attending overseas football matches.

The thugs, who are linked to a number of clubs including Ipswich Town and Colchester United, will be reminded of their obligation to surrender their passports before the World Cup begins.

Essex Police Special Operations Chief Inspector Jon Dodman said: “We have got an operation running at Stansted Airport and Harwich International Port which is to stop people on banning orders leaving the country.

“We are also visiting people with international football banning orders and serving them with a letter reminding them of the conditions. We will give them the opportunity to surrender their passports there and then.”

There are 2,300 football “supporters” in England and Wales banned from travelling to the World Cup, including 42 from Essex, 10 from Suffolk and 15 from Norfolk.

Football hooligans from 10 Belgian clubs held an ill-fated summit this week in the eastern city of Hasselt to prepare for next month's World Cup.

Reports appeared in the Belgian newspaper Het Belang van Limburg today.

Groups of hooligans from around the globe are reported to be preparing a 'third world war' for football's showcase event, which Germany is hosting from June 9 to July 9.

The Belgian daily said the hooligans, avowed enemies during the normal season, gathered on Wednesday to try to form a 'united front' against violent supporters from other countries.

It said the summit, held in a bar where a World Cup warm-up match between Belgium and Turkey was being screened, collapsed amid disaccord. The match ended in a 3-3 draw.

Fights broke out and the violence escalated as the hooligans called in reinforcements with their mobile telephones. They reunited when police arrived, turning together on the local constabulary.

Twelve people were arrested, the newspaper reported.

A judge has upheld a 10-year order banning a Hertfordshire football hooligan from matches.
Jason Marriner,38, from Stevenage, was exposed on TV as a member of the notorious Chelsea Headhunters.
He sought to have the banning order reduced, but undercover detectives from the Met police's football intelligence unit gave evidence that he continued to mingle with Chelsea thugs.
On one occasion, Marriner was spotted with 100 known thugs in a London pub.
A detective, who could not be named because of his work, said: "It was virtually a who's who of Chelsea hooligans and included in the pub was Marriner. He was drinking with the rest of the group.
"It is fair to say the main organisers were there along with lots of the younger group who are emerging.
"They see Marriner and his contemporaries as idols, I'm reluctant to say."
On April 29 he was spotted near Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium before a match against Manchester United selling DVDs and a book thought to be about his exploits as a hooligan.
Marriner, who runs a flower stall at various markets, including Hemel Hempstead, also has his own hooliganism website.
The detective added: "Jason Marriner is still actively involved with hooligans around England.
"If this was not so serious with the World Cup coming up and the impending season this application might have been seen as funny. At the present time he's still a risk to public order."
Judge Charles Byers, sitting at London's Blackfriars Crown Court, rejected Marriner's application for a reduction in the ban and ordered him to pay court costs of £600.
In December 2000 Marriner was jailed for six years for his part in organising a mass brawl with Leicester fans.
He had been exposed as a hooligan aligned with racist far right groups by BBC journalist Donal MacIntyre during the late 1990s.
His barrister, Michael Wolkind QC, told the judge he hoped to take his children to matches.

Police carried out dawn raids today in a clampdown on violence at Millwall football matches.
Scotland Yard said 16 people were arrested as part of Operation Devine, the Metropolitan Police response to disorder at Millwall games by both home and away supporters.
A spokesman said the raids followed phase one of the operation on March 21, which saw 10 men arrested and charged with violent disorder.
Additional suspects were identified from CCTV footage recovered from within Millwall's ground during recent matches.
All those arrested were identified at disturbances during the Millwall v Wolves game on January 21 and the Millwall v Crystal Palace match on February 18, which involved Crystal Palace supporters, the spokesman said.
"Today's arrests, which took place at addresses in both London and Hertfordshire, demonstrate the robust approach taken to tackle those who seek to act violently in the name of football," he said.
Police will seek to gain banning orders on those arrested which will prevent them entering all Premiership, League and Conference grounds.
Superintendent BJ Harrington, leading Operation Devine, said: "Those identified and arrested as part of today's pre-planned operation have used the veneer of football to legitimise senseless violence.
"We recognise that the majority of football fans just want to enjoy the game, and as such we know that they, and the football clubs involved, support all police activity in removing violent disorder from in and around the grounds.
"We will work closely with the courts to ensure that banning orders are imposed, which in turn will prevent them from causing any further trouble at future matches."
Millwall chief executive Ken Brown said: "The success of Operation Devine is good news for football fans and good news for Millwall Football Club.
"It sends out a clear message that the minority who seek to use football matches as an excuse to exhibit violent behaviour will be prosecuted. We operate a zero tolerance policy in respect of such behaviour at Millwall and fully support the police in their initiative.
"The vast majority of decent law-abiding fans who watch matches at The Den can be reassured they will continue to be able to watch football in a safe environment."
Crystal Palace Football Club management added: "Behaviour of this nature by a small number of our supporters - be it at home games or away - is unacceptable and brings the club into disrepute. We promote ourselves as a family club and will continue to work closely with the police to stamp it out of the game."

Leading Romanian clubs Steaua and Dinamo Bucharest have been fined and their stadiums banned over racist behaviour from players and fans last weekend, the Romanian Football Federation (FRF) said on Friday.

Steaua players joined their fans after a 2-1 away win over Sportul Studentesc last Sunday and shouted racist slogans against bitter rivals Rapid Bucharest.
Dinamo supporters insulted a coloured Arges Pitesti player throughout their 1-0 away victory on Saturday.
Both Steaua and Dinamo will play their next match at home behind closed doors," FRF disciplinary commission head Doru Viorel Ursu told reporters.
"And both teams were fined 30,000 Swiss francs ($24,630) each."
Steaua, top of the first division with 58 points, and Rapid, two points behind with two matches remaining, are the main contenders for the Romanian league title.
Dinamo, who have changed coach several times this season, are fourth with 52 points and struggling to qualify for the UEFA Cup. Sportul Studentesc are third on 53.
Last year, UEFA banned Steaua's stadium for two matches and fined the club after fans' racist behaviour against Irish side Shelbourne's two coloured players during the home leg of their Champions League preliminary round tie.

German and Polish hooligans will present the biggest risk of violence at the World Cup finals in Germany, Interior Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said in a newspaper interview on Monday.

"The biggest problem we have is with German hooligans. We must not place the blame on neighbouring countries," Schaeuble told Der Tagesspiegel newspaper.

"However, it is true that Poland has a hooligan problem. We are working with the Polish authorities. Our cooperation is going so well that I will attend the match between our two countries with my Polish counterpart Ludwik Dorn."

Germany's match with Poland in Dortmund on June 14 is the focus of particular security concerns and those fears were fuelled after Polish football fans fought running battles with police in Warsaw at the weekend.

But Schaeuble said officials believed violence could break out in the centres of any of the 12 cities hosting matches during the June 9 to July 9 tournament.

"I am not worried about the World Cup stadiums, because they are well-secured. But we will be confronted by a new sort of fan tourism. Hundreds of thousands of people will gather in the centre of cities."

At all of the main meeting places in the cities, dozens of video cameras will keep watch on the crowds.

"Our officials will spot immediately where trouble is starting. Surveillance scares people off," Schaeuble said. "On all of the biggest city squares everyone has got to expect to be filmed."

Schaeuble confirmed that the Iranian government had expressed concern that its team was at risk of an attack.

"We promised special liaison staff for all of the World Cup bases. The Americans will also have that because they are a potential target too."

Although there is currently no indication that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will come to Germany to watch the finals, Schaeuble said Germany was obliged to open its doors to him.

"If he travels with the team we have to let him in, but we will tell him that his statements are unacceptable."

Ahmadinejad denies the existence of the Holocaust and has called for Israel to be wiped from the map.
