Настроение сейчас - ээээээ

Наш мир сплетён из чёрно-белых нитей тонких граней, освещаемых гаснущим солнцем. А живые твари, не замечая собственной никчёмности, копошатся на этой бренной планете, которая даже создана не для них, завершая промежуток времени отданного им, вылетом криком души из пересохших губ. Все звёзды против, планета бунтует, обнажая все средства против людей - паразитов, мирно дремлющих под светом уходящей луны, в надежде, что новый день будет лучше предыдущего. Земля кричит о помощи на доступных ей языках. Если же всё таки наше место именно здесь, в гибнущем мире под гнётом эгоизма...почему на планете воды больше чем суши...?!...

Новости такие:
1. Вчера купили японскую пляшущую мышь. Вполне поместилась бы на чайную ложку, если оторвать хвост. Хотя это могут сделать две кошки:) А пока дети таскают ее с места на место. Оказывается, хвост - самая удобная веревочка для переноски мышей.
2. Вчера же купил очередной фильтр в аквариум с лягушками. А то старый забивается быстро. Хочется и рыб побольше запузырить, а то там одни сомики, но лягушки рыб едят, если их долго не кормить. Точнее, рыбы исчезают, а лягушки долго сидят с закрытыми таинственно ртами. Лягушки шпорцевые. Их четыре. Собака болела радикулитом. Еле ходила. Вроде выздоровела уже. Не знал, что у собак это бывает.
3. Обложку "Ожерелья дриады" мне переслали в макинтошевском формате. Я не могу ее выложить, а преобразовать не умею. Но скоро уже выложу. Она и так уже есть в интернете, но неважного качества:)
4. "Дракончик Пыхалка" уже в типографии. Появится вот-вот.
5. На весенние каникулы, на книжкину неделю, может быть, я поеду на Кольский полуостров - на Колыму.
 

Привет!

Название следующей после "Ожерелья дриады" книги о Мефе - "Стеклянный страж".  Пока что написано начало трех глав и одна глава полностью. То есть работа в самом начале:) Обычно на старте мне требуется много времени, чтобы разогреться. Все кажется не то и не так.

Сегодня же J. H. Buckingham прислала перевод первой части "Мефа" - "Маг полуночи". Спасибо огромное, Джейн! Кстати,  перевод первых трех книг "Тани Гроттер", тоже принадлежит Джейн. Если у кого-то будут уточнения и замечания по переводу - присылайте.

Был недавно в Пензе, Ярославле и Костроме. В Пензе и Ярославле первый раз в жизни. Хотя в Ярославле, кажется, был когда-то проездом на автобусной станции, но это было ночью и не выходил из автобуса.

Новости вот такие:

1. "Дракончик Пыхалка" выходит в январе:) Обложка вот. Ни о какой другой своей книге я, если мне не изменяет память, столько в этом блоге не писал. Но ничего не поделаешь. Это первый мой ребенок и любимый. Где-то ниже в блоге выложена музыкальная сказка часовой продолжительности.

2. В январе же выходит "Мефодий Буслаев. Ожерелье дриады".

Без новых записей блог мало-помалу становится болотцем.

"Ожерелье дриады" закончил править сегодня и отослал. Как получилось, пока не знаю. Потому что когда правишь, как не странно, самого текста не видишь или видишь неотчетливо. Вообще есть такой момент, что сами авторы не могут читать своих книг как читатели. Взгляд совсем другой. Недочеты видишь, а самого текста нет. Разве что в книге бумажной и то, когда она несколько лет отлежится.
