Paris was as always a ride. Tourism combined with darkness is an excellent formula for us happy campers from Scandinavia. Today is more relaxing though. We are at our favourite-venue in Luxembourg where we get treated like the kings (or kids) we are. We’ve been hanging out in our backstage area all day and building up an occasional SPA, hired some female staff that takes good care of us and our aching bodies, make-up-stressed skin and the overall health.

We like Luxembourg – or Deluxembourg a lot.

This venue is fresh and cool, only top notch gear all around. We like that. High quality darkness will be delivered tonight. Kiss, Manson and numerous others have played in these halls before and of course DEATHSTARS have also been here earlier. Ice cold flamboyant drinks are being passed around the dressing rooms, and perfectly chilled cocktails are always a hit for the de-hydrated bodies of the band members.

What the members are doing right now:
Cat is drinking Vin d’ Alsace and playing the rather pointless game of ”guess the guitar pick colour” with our backliner Kaju, you have to feel without seeing a guitar pick and say what colour it is.
Nightmare is enjoying perfectly chilled beer while being worried about his White Les Paul Supreme, which suddenly decided to stop working, at all. Guitar shop next for fucks sake!
Bone is drinking Chateu Petrus while bragging to people around how fast he and Whip emptied that bottle of Vodka last night. Cat is claiming that he’s only been drunk a couple of times on this tour even though the truth is that hes been super drunk almost every night, Cat Style al dente. Bone suddenly leaves the conversation to try to convince his girlfriend to strip on the webcam. A subject more interesting to him.
Skinny is lying on the couch with a beer, trying to find the energy to start up his party enigine. After all, beer might not be the right fuel for him today… but he will probably go for the Vodka bottle soon enough to get the mood up before the show.
Whip is enjoying Chateau de Seguin, gorgonzola and parmesan cheese, while discussing the status of the Emperor Penguins increase in numbers with the guys from Sonic Syndicate, who look really confused about this topic, and desperately tries to get him on another track.

Skinny just jumped up from the coach, mumbling something rapidly and unfocused about ”I have to get the iPig started…” Ahhh… Here we go. Talk tomorrow, boys and girls. We have a show to do. Sleep tight.
