Jared said that he wanted to introduce someone very special that had been with them for a long time-he then went over to Matt and put his arm around him and intoduced him to the crowd.
He then said that Matt was going to be leaving the band and this was his very last show with them.
During the last song Jared went up to Matt and they put their heads together and hugged (it was actually very touching to watch).
After the last song everyone on strage gave Matt a hug(including Buck and the other roadies and tech guys) With one final bow with Jared at the front of the stage Matt waved goodbye.

This is just what I observed and after asking the guys(jared, tomo, shannon) in the signing line if matt was really leaving, all four of them looked pretty serious, and somewhat sad, and nodded their heads. I looked right at them one last time and said 'seriously?' and Shannon said yes...
