These are poems written in pure anger and hatred written because some one insulted you or really hurt you, they are like a big "FUCK YOU/ FUCK OFF" poem. If you were writing teen angst poetry you were most likely not a fighter - perhaps you were a pacifist. Writing these poems was an outlet for some aggressive, shit-kicking, boot fucking, hardcore anger. Most often, they use a lot of curse words and capital letters or exclamation points.

I trusted you
I loved you
But I don’t care for you anymore
People say forgive and forget
But I can’t do that
Once upon a time I would have forgiven you
But this is not a fairy tale
You said some words behind my back
But you didn’t know I could hear you
You said those words behind my back and now you know you can never never take them back because- this is not a Fairy tale
You’ve hurt me like no one has ever hurt before
I can’t forgive that, that easily
You don’t know how much pain you’ve caused me
And you will never know because I will never see or talk to you again
