_New_life__, actually it's possible. Well, you gotta put just A LITTLE effort in it. It's mostly based on cutting out saturated fat and intensive exersice.
Do you understand English??? Let me know and I'll tell you how I lost weight.

Okey-dokey. Let's start girls.
1. You gotta understand that you can't be losing weight fast. I know everyone is looking for a magic pill, but there's no such thing.
You can starve yourself (like I did couple years ago) but you regain weight really easy. After a starvation your body is dieing for nutrition. Unless you're eating just protein every little thing that gets into your stomach goes directly to fat. No wonder - your body is stressed out and it wants to get back it's fat supplies. Besides you're more than likely to overeat after starving. Again because the second you start eating your body goes nuts. It thinks that it might be the only meal you're gonna get in a while and it sends signals to your mind to eat as much as you can. Signals that are VERY hard to resist.
Strict diets work the same way. You restrict foods that you like and you start longing for them more.

2. You don't have to suffer to lose weight.
Let me explain. Do you know why are you gaining weight? Of course you do - your body gets more calories than it burns. So to lose weight you start eating 2 times less then you used to and work out 7 times a week. Well, all that usually leads to failure because it tortures your body.
Think about it this way: what if you make only SMALL changes in your diet and start doing moderate exercise 3 times a week? Doesn't sound complicated, does it?
Your body needs approximately 1800-2000 calories a day. Some people are getting about 3000! Fast food, hight in fat treats, big meals all do it. Depending on how much overweight you are you nees to be getting about 1500-2000 calories to lose weight. If you have unhealthy eating habits and you start including more salad, fruits and whole grains in you diet, your pants will feel loser right away.

So here's an idea: TO LOSE WEIGHT YOU JUST GOTTA BE HEATHY. That doesn't mean that some foods that are not that good for you are gonna be restricted forever. You can enjoy a desert or a chocolate on Sunday if you've been good all week.
You have to learn how different foods and nutrients work inside of your body and make healthy choices.
For example: fiber, It's one of the main nutrients that helps you lose weight. Found it whole grain pastas, cereals, breads, vegetables. So instead of eating a piece of a normal white bread that goes right into your butt have a whole-grain one. The taste change isn't that big while the diffference for your body is dramatic. Instead of putting butter on it use plain low-fat yougurt.
Do you see what I mean? You just gotta learn to find healthy replacements for your favorite junk foods.
Always look for low-fat everything. Cheeses, milk, yougurts, flour, whip-cream. They taste almost like normal ones but save a lot of calories.
Buy only lean pieces of meat and always cut all the fat off.
Fill 70% of your plate with veggies. Cook them only on extra virgin olive oil. It's very good for you and MUCH healthier than sunflower oil.
Another thing: eat 5-6 small meals a day. It'll set your stomach constantly going and you'll lose calories. Plus, you're gonna feel satisfied all the time.
Always check the nutrition values of the products you eat. Avoid saturated fats. They clog your veins and are known to trigger cancer.
