Goodness gracious girls! You can't be so hard on yourself! Restricting foods you love will only make you crave them more. I used to starve myself or diet strictly (something like: one apple for breakfast, 2 cucmbers for lunch and a tomato for dinner :)). Yes I was losing about 10 pounds after several days BUT I was gaining all the weight back during the next week.
When you put your body into the starvation mode it starts hanging on to every calorie you eat! The minute you start eating it all goes to fat, 'cause your body is stressed out after losing weight so rapidly and it wants to regain it bad. You basically suffer for nothing.
STOP TORMENTING YOURSELF. Remember that losing weight fast is NEVER heathy. You should start out slow, making small changes in your diet and exercise plan. For example instead of using mayonese or dressing on your salad squeeze some fresh limon juice onto it. Have a whole wheat cereal for breakfast instead of a bread-butter-and-cheese sandwich (I know you guys love it in Russia :). Snack on almonds and unsweetened jam instead of chocolate. Have 5,6 little meals a day instead of 3 huge ones. Buy ONLY whole wheat bread that has more than 6 gramms of fiber in it.
Do a 30 minute strength workout 3 times a week and a 20 minute cardio 4 times a week (including walking or jogging).
Believe me you'll see changes in 1 week.
REMEMBER IT'S ALL ABOUT HEALTH. WEIGHT WILL NORMALISE AUTOMATICALLY.
