Goodness gracious girls! You can't be so hard on yourself! Restricting foods you love will only make you crave them more. I used to starve myself or diet strictly (something like: one apple for breakfast, 2 cucmbers for lunch and a tomato for dinner :)). Yes I was losing about 10 pounds after several days BUT I was gaining all the weight back during the next week.
When you put your body into the starvation mode it starts hanging on to every calorie you eat! The minute you start eating it all goes to fat, 'cause your body is stressed out after losing weight so rapidly and it wants to regain it bad. You basically suffer for nothing.
STOP TORMENTING YOURSELF. Remember that losing weight fast is NEVER heathy. You should start out slow, making small changes in your diet and exercise plan. For example instead of using mayonese or dressing on your salad squeeze some fresh limon juice onto it. Have a whole wheat cereal for breakfast instead of a bread-butter-and-cheese sandwich (I know you guys love it in Russia :). Snack on almonds and unsweetened jam instead of chocolate. Have 5,6 little meals a day instead of 3 huge ones. Buy ONLY whole wheat bread that has more than 6 gramms of fiber in it.
Do a 30 minute strength workout 3 times a week and a 20 minute cardio 4 times a week (including walking or jogging).
Believe me you'll see changes in 1 week.
REMEMBER IT'S ALL ABOUT HEALTH. WEIGHT WILL NORMALISE AUTOMATICALLY.

I just love the way you explained it all here...but some ppl want changes now and later one come suffering! So....
I know I've lost a lot of weight in 4 months by just working out every day ( going to the gym and doing aerobics) and eating By Atkins ( well, I just did not eat any candies, or bread or cakes that's all) and I did loose weight- i've gained it all back in 1 month just because I've got tooooo lazy and ate too many pies and cakes...so I am almost back on a track with exercising......

Well, you know, you shouldn't go crazy with exercise. Your body needs rest. Don't do your strength workout more than 2 days in a row. Your muscles grow better when they are not strained.
I know exactly why you regained your weight: you cut out all the sweets too fast. If you love bread, cakes and candy you shouldn't be restricting them completely. You said to yourself: "I'm not going to have ANY because I wanna lose weight". That made you only want them more.
When you're ready to get back on healthy track don't make it a stress for your body. Just think: "I wanna lose weight and be healthy that's why I'm gonna eat more vegetables and fruits. But I'm still going to indulge myself ocasionally." Having a Hershey's bar once or twice a week won't hurt ya if the rest of your diet is helthy.
So many women think that diet means starving and suffering. And with that attitude you're more than likely doomed for a failure. 'Cause when torturing yourself gets unbarable you give up, overeat as a compensation and gain weight again. Believe me, your success depends entirely on how your mind works. It's ALL in your head.

OK!!!! I am setting up my mind the way you explained...now tell my how do I stop thinking about desert everytime after I am done eating- even if I full I feel like I m not untill I'll try a desert.....
why do I always overeat if the food is really really good????
and I usually exercise three times per week in a gym and then I do Pilates for 2 times per week..well that's what I used to do....I just joined Belly Total Fitness center- going there on Friday- I only got couple of days per week when I can work out there, but at least it is something, right?
So, can you give me any advice on how to satisfied my sweettooth without overeating and gaining waight?????

Love_Cyber_Cat, I thought about your sweettooth problem and I've created a list of foods that should help you satisfy your cravings.
1 Fruit. There's a lot of natural sugar in those babies, that is good for you. It's the best choice by far especially right now in the summer when strawberries and cherries are the tastiest and the cheapest.
2. Cereal and snack bars. A whole-grain cereal with raisins, nuts and dry fruit can be tasting really sweet. Add low-fat milk and Splenda sugar-substitute (it's the best artificial sweetener I know of - it's 0 calories and it tastes just like normal sugar).
Finding a right snack bar can be tricky. A lot of them are no better than a candy. Always check the nutrition facts on the back of the product. A healthy bar should have no more than 250 calories and no saturated fat at all. The best of all - honey granola bars. They are a good source of fiber and almost always are about 100 calories.
3. Yougurt. Deliciously flavored and sweet they are a great alternative to whipped cream and ice cream. There are tons to choose from. Alwayas look for low-fat and non-fat ones. Can be a great dip for fruit. The drinkable ones go really good with cereal bars.
4. Non-fat deserts. Can be found in any health food stores like Wild Oats. Cakes and cookies baked with a low-fat flour, and artificial sugar, ice cream made of a low-fat milk, whole-grain muffins. Those treats are designed for people who care about their health. But even though all the harmful fat is cut out, the carbs still add calories. So munch with caution.
5. Pies. This is the worst out of all the healthy treats I could think of. The reason I put in in my list is that it's all natural. Many pies found in the stores are loaded with sugar, but if you bought one anyway skip the crust (that's usually no good anyway). The best thing you can do is bake one yourself. Use Splenda instead of normal sugar and a low-fat crust and you'll end up having a healthy brunch.
Well, this is all I could think of for now. Hope you find it useful.

You know the funny thing is I knew bout all these products myslef, but only when someone pointed me in the right direction I knew- this direction is right..that kind a thing.. you know?
So...
I've been trying to follow your advice, also I had a talk with a personal trainer at the gym and have read some articles in Oxygen Magazine... so I am pretty sure I am ready to change not only my apperiance, but also the way of living, eating and thinking! :D
