Benji Madden is alleged to have been unfaithful to Paris Hilton during their 8-month relationship.

On Tuesday it was reported that the heiress had broken up with the Good Charlotte rocker after finding herself a British hunk.

And now a US magazine claims the real reason for the split is Benji’s rumoured infidelity.

The 29-year-old is said to have got close to a mystery woman at the Diesel xXx Rock & Roll Circus party in New York on 11 October.

‘He seemed really into her,’ a source tells US Star. ‘She kissed him on the cheek and he was hugging her in a corner of the VIP section, trying not to be seen.’

Paris, 27, who is in London to shoot reality show Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend, is thought to have fallen for a Brit while filming here.

‘I love guys with English accents,’ she says. ‘I have met a really cute English guy, but it's early days.’

October 22, 2008, (Sawf News) - Good Charlotte guitarist and backup vocalist Benji Madden has slammed a tabloid report that he flirted with an ex-fiancée Sophie Monk look alike at the Diesel xXx Rock & Roll Circus concert in NYC.

"He seemed really into her. She kissed him on the cheek, and he was hugging her in a corner of the VIP section, trying not to be seen," a source tells Star magazine's November 3 issue.

The source also alleged that Benji had cheated on Paris with a groupie earlier in the month.

"Paris is the love of my life," Madden tells Life & Style. "She's the most beautiful woman in the world. These rumors are not only hurtful but completely false and absurd. She is my life and the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with. Everything they printed is a complete lie. I never give off any impression other than that I am madly in love with Paris. I am disgusted that people would make up such malicious lies. She is my life, my heart and my soul and is the most important thing in my life. No one exists but her. I am the most loyal guy in the world and would never even look at anyone else."

The infidelity reports have not dented Paris' faith in her beau, who is the twin brother of her BFF Nicole Richie's beau Joel Madden.

"Benji and I have an amazing relationship and I trust him with my life," she says. "I don't ever believe rumors regarding my love. I know he would never hurt me and he knows the same about me."

Benji Madden broke up with fiancée Sophie Monk in February and started dating Paris Hilton shortly thereafter.
