Nicole Richie broke into her flowy dress collection for a trip to the DCMA store yesterday with Joel, who probably had some business to attend to. They're all about their family walks around the neighborhood with Harlow these days and it must be hard to say goodbye to that precious face and head to work. Maybe next year, though, Harlow will have a cousin to play with while her parents are busy.
