Director of new Centre for Russian Culture
Based: Central London

Pushkin House Trust is a charity whose mission is to promote Russian culture in London. New premises were recently acquired and a full refurbishment programme is under way. The Trustees are now seeking a Director who will manage the premises and all aspects of the cultural programme. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with vision and enthusiasm to play a key role in the creation and development of a new cultural institution. The Director will create a cultural and artistic programme for Pushkin House, manage the efficient functioning of the House and its financial sustainability.
The Director should be fluent in English and Russian, and with a keen interest in Russian culture. Management and administrative experience are essential, preferably in some area of culture or the arts. The successful candidate should have excellent team-building skills and will relish working with a range of institutions, societies and members both in the UK and Russia. Candidates should have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
