This Little Note
I know that things aren't the same
between us anymore. You and I have gone our separate ways,
and we are no longer a part of each other's daily lives.
But once in a while, I still stop and think about the times
we shared together, and I smile
Remembering how we laughed and cried together,
and how deeply we were connected.

Though time has passed and so much has changed
in our lives since then,
I just wanted you to know that you are still in my heart,
and I still care about you all.
