It was the third time within a week that she had seen the familiar face of the tramp on her doorstep.
"Look here, my man," she said, "will you please in-form me why you have come begging at my door again? Why don't you try some of the other people's in the road?"
"I can't. Doctor's orders, madam." said the tramp.
"Doctor's orders!" she repeated rather puzzled.
"Yes, madam," he explained. "My doctor told me that when I found the food that agreed with me I should con-tinue with it."
