Great pictures, Could you box up the bear and send it to me. I can keep it as a pet to keep the neighbors away. It would also keep the dog busy.

Oh yes, the neighbors -- a never-ending saga... You can start by softly inquiring if they mind you having a pet. Then you can show them these pictures. :)
Not sure about the dog. The dang thing will take her revenge for all the fear she had when the bear gets into hibernation mode.
