After a year of renovations, Villa Le Scale has reopened in time for the summer season. The intimate Italian resort and former summer home of the aristocratic Monti della Corte family dates to the early 19th century and is located in Anacapri on Monte Solaro, on the Isle of Capri. Old master paintings and rare antiques are spread throughout the property, and seven refurbished villas, many with private terraces, all have sweeping views of the Gulf of Naples or the surrounding mountains.
