Водка - 0.7 литра
Приготовление:
1. Листья малины, вишни, черной смородины и черноплодной рябины тщательно помыть, положить в кастрюлю и залить 1,5 литрами холодной воды.
2. Довести будущий ликер до кипения.
3. Кипятить в течение 10 минут.
4. После этого плотно закрыть крышкой и оставить настаиваться в теплом месте на 12 часов.
5. Получившийся отвар процедить (постараться это сделать как можно тщательней, чтобы не осталось осадка), листья выкинуть.
6. Растворить в получившейся жидкости полкило сахара, 1 ст. ложку лимонной кислоты и 0,7 литра водки.
7. Получился чудесный праздничный напиток. Подавать охлажденным!
Примечание:
1. Для придания нового вкусового оттенка, можно добавить листья земляники.
2. Чтобы сахар легче растворился, отвар можно подогреть.
