These muffins are a great alternative to bread and they contain no nasties in plus are extremely delicious and nutritious for you!!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tsp of Coconut Flour
- 2 Tsp of Almond Flour
- 1 Head of Cauliflower (3 Cups)
- 2 Eggs (Vegan alternative is Flax Egg)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp of Sea Salt
Toppings:
- Dried Basil & Oregano
- Black Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
- Poppy Seeds
Directions:
1) Process the Cauliflower Head until rice consistency and then add the rest of ingredients apart from toppings and process well.
2) Make 6 muffins and line this on baking paper.
3) Pop in oven for 30 minutes.
4) Allow to cool and enjoy!
