SIMPLE AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST
You will need:
3 tomatoes
3 teaspoons of butter
3 eggs
salt and pepper
green onions.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 190 degrees C. Cut the hats off the tomatoes. Spoon out the core and seeds.
Cover the pan with baking paper. Put the hollow tomatoes on a baking sheet. In each, put a teaspoon of oil. Kill the egg there. Salt to taste.
Bake for half an hour. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with bread or breadsticks.
