The main liberals of Russia again arranged a coven. The current Gaidar forum was marked by the famous statements of Gref, Nabiullina, Siluanov, Chubais and others.Siluanov, for example, promised not to allow the ruble to strengthen, while his colleague Anatoly Chubais assured the audience at the end of the crisis in Russia and the real growth of the economy.

In general, the entire forum was held on the sign of "singing serenades" to a new budget rule, according to which the lion's share of oil and gas revenues will now be poured into the US national debt. 

According to Anatoly Vasserman, an analyst and political consultant, the economic policy pursued by the liberal bloc, first, does not allow other ways of supporting domestic industry, except forcibly depreciating its own national currency, and secondly, considers only the external world the only permissible source of investment.
