[x450]Таких открыток сохранилось очень мало, встречаются они крайне редко, но нашелся целый набор по рисункам Гранвиля в музее Виктории и Альберта.

[показать] reflects the epitome of the workmanship of “The Golden Era.” The top layer is adorned with cabochon “faux jewels”, silk chiffon and silver Dresden die-cuts; a central window, bordered with a wreath of silvered leaves, reveals a subtle image of flowers -- a message written in the Language of Flowers.

[показать]The greeting is embossed paper with the lovely paper lace pop up from the rest of the card. The card opens to a sentimental verse.
The center paper is of a Victorian child holding a kitten. Short message printed below the child.

[показать]Beautiful Circ.1860's Victorian Valentine and Envelope. Envelope embossed and gilded opening to reveal the fet-cut paper and gause Valentine Card. Open the card to reveal a posy of silk flowers with the hand written words 'Devoted to you'
