I want to tell you about the great event that I visited last year. It was "Global village" concert in Kharkov, sponsored by AIESEC organization. The ten volunteers from India, Taiwan, China and Korea came to Kharkov and told us about their culture. It was really interesting. We learned about China's national food and clothes, Taiwan's national game yo-yo, learned how to write "I'm from Ukraine" in the Korean, learned some words in Hindi and made some exercises from Indian yoga (pray for the Sun). Everyone enjoyed it. And, by the way, I practised my English there! It was the first time when I heard about AIESEC organization. And I understood that it offers you the opportunity to be the global citizen, to change this world. But, unfortunately , I can't be the member of this organization now, but only when I will be a student of the some university. And I'm sure that information about AIESEC is new for some of us too. And I hope that after my post you'll visit AIESEC web-site (www.aiesec.org) and will be its member.=) I think it is very good organization. It gives you a lot of opportunities. By the way, Margaret Thatcher and The President of Japan are AIESEC alumnies too.=)
