Фарфор
Универсальный материал для хранения чая — не пропускает влагу, свет, запахи. Материал не взаимодействует с чаем, поэтому после шу пуэра чайницу можно ополоснуть, высушить и использовать для свежего зеленого. Фарфоровые чайницы хорошо подходят для улунов, зеленого, белого, желтого и красного чаев.

Глина
Пуэрам и хэй ча нужен доступ воздуха при хранении. Поэтому для этих сортов подойдут пористые глиняные чайницы: небольшие — для рассыпного, побольше— для блинов.

🫙Стекло
Стеклянные чайницы с плотной крышкой можно использовать для хранения чая. Если чайница из прозрачного стекла, то её нужно держать в темном шкафу.

Металл
Чайница из металла не пропускает свет и воздух, но быстрее нагревается. Для хранения чая подойдет чайница из олова, серебра или жестяная. Главное: металл должен быть устойчивым к влаге.
