Почему-то захотелось пройтись по флэшмобу. Буду очень рада, если кто-нибудь захочет присоединиться, на любой платформе :)

What 3 things shaped you as a person?
1. My beloved brother being an autistic person with extremely limited social and verbal skills, extreme sensitivity to sounds, an array of stims, muscular dystrophy, echolalia and other special traits that make me not only his baby sister but also his caregiver, basically (who I made a choice to be, it wasn’t imposed on me or anything).
2. All the media I consumed as a child and teenager: books, TV shows, movies, anime, music. Special shout-outs to Vladislav Krapivin, JRR Tolkien, Sailor Moon, and the fact that for some reason I’ve always loved singing, never got shy of doing it in public despite being someone who can't sing well and tends to avoid the spotlight.
It's also worth mentioning that I never was subject to any sort of censure, my parents never curated what media I was or wasn’t allowed to have access to, they trusted my judgement.
3. All the people who have been kind to me. I'm so lucky in that regard, thinking about it lodges a lump in my throat, truth be told

3 films you could watch for the rest of your life and not get bored of?
Any part of Back to the Future trilogy, Ella Enchanted, Frozen 1 or 2
-
What's an inside joke you have with your family or friends?
Из недавнего – что мягкий кот-подушка по кличке Батон лечит нас с мамой от тревожности))

What made you start your blog?
Most of my socmed feature random snippets of my life, an extension of paper journaling, a way to keep record of things and/or ramble when I feel like getting something out of my system. There's also a couple blogs dedicated mostly to being a NEWS fan, posting fansubs every once in a while, etc.
-
Best and worst part of being online?
Um. The fact that other people are also online.
-
What scares you the most and why?
The current socio-political climate (watch me use a polite term where I actually want to swear like a sailor) and a strong suspicion that in my lifetime I won’t get to witness any changes for the better, aka a political system and a society based on humanistic values.
Why? Because it kills people and ruins lives.
-
Any recurring dreams?
None. Would probably be an interesting experience, as long as they’re not nightmares.
-
Tell a story about your childhood
Mum says when I was about 3-4 I’d willingly hang out with a group of babushkas in our street, discussing how expensive things are, being sympathetic toward everyone’s ailments and family drama, etc. Looks like I’ve always been a grandma at heart…
-
Would you say you are an emotional person?
Yes, although I’m not very good at expressing it properly. I also try to stay on the rational side of things, as much as I can.
-
What do you consider to be romance?
Whatever the people involved consider to be romance.
To me, personally: a powerful fusion of emotional, intellectual and aesthetical admiration and interest I have toward someone, distinctive from friendship in a way that I, unfortunately, fail to describe in words (moreover, the lines between the two get blurred at times).

What's some good advice you want to share?
Honestly, I’m the last person that should be allowed to dish out any sort of advice, my life experience is a bit too specific and very limited.
Hmmm… okay. It's better not to put off washing the dishes or at least soaking them in water. Here, one that I swear by :)
-
What are you doing right now?
Sitting on the sofa. Answering random questions stolen from Tumblr because I want to ramble about my majestic self :Dv
-
What's something you’ve always wanted to do but maybe been scared to do?
Be a good friend. It feels as if I can't afford to dedicate as much time and energy to people (apart from my brother, I mean) as they deserve, it's awful and cowardly.
On a more light-hearted note: Hang gliding

What do you think of when you hear the word ‘home’?
Of safety and acceptance. A place where a person can assume their truest form. Cozy, whatever that means to the owner of the place.
Luckily, also of my actual home: awkward, beloved and in constant need of repairs, paired up with a reasonably sized garden. I’m infinitely grateful to our great-grandma who passed it directly onto mum – her granddaughter – back when it was only 2 rooms, a hallway, and a kitchen.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Personality-wise? Don't even know where to start, so better just leave that gal be, she tries to not bring harm onto anyone, that’ll do ^^;
Appearance-wise? I sometimes think about going ginger but that seems too much of a hassle and commitment, tbh, even with my short haircut.
Should probably try eyebrow pencil though… Better defined eyebrows, revolutionary, ayy

3 things that make you happy
Good food, music, having a laugh together with someone.
And cats, I just have to include them too
-
Do you believe in ghosts and/or aliens?
(Not sure why it's an ‘and/or’ situation haha)
Ghosts… Not really, although it’s not a strong, adamant disbelief.
And there have to be other sentient life forms somewhere out there, come on, the universe is too vast for the opposite to be true.

Favorite thing about the day?
Apart from things like talking to lovely people, fangirling, or petting cats, as all those are not tied to specific hours…
Crossing items off my to-do list.
Having meals and watching series/movies with my family.
-
Favorite things about the night?
Sleep! Love it.
The rare nights when everyone in the neighbourhood decides to be quiet, for a change.
Also, that interesting state of mind when you somehow feel… more uninhibited?
