Why, for the love of Pete and all of Pete's friends, did you have to play that song to end the segment??? I was enjoying the piece on the 100th anniversary of plastic, and although I do see the "relevance," I can think of few songs that are as soul-suckingly-annoying as "Barbie Girl." It's been a good hour now, and it's still running through my head. Aaargh!!
