For my project I have selected dandelion theme. I like fragile and innocent look of that flower. It is not just a flower, that I tried to express, but the quality of simplicity associated with it, as well as romantic mood of nostalgia about the childhood.

But simplicity is only a part of the qualities I wanted to express. In my Dandelion collection I also tried to express the magical world of a childhood, of secret wishes, wonder and magic, when we dreamed and believed in miracles. To bring this quality into collection I used romantic light weighted chiffon in contrast to raw linen. I find this combination interesting and attractive. I personally like to use texture contrast in designing.
