Ariel Winter wore some of the shortest shorts Ive ever seen out in public the other day in Studio City. Ariel was grabbing some lunch at a sushi spot and kept feeling the need to pull her shorts down, which just wasnt possible. The cakes were exposed for all the world to see no matter how many times she tried.
