Nirvana - Smells like teen spirit

Самая знаменитая песня группы Nirvana. Она является первой песней альбома Nevermind. Написана в форме verse-chorus,а главный четырёхаккордовый рифф используетя во время вступления и припева, для создания чередующейся громкости и тихой динамики. А видеоклип, который здесь представлен получил две награды на премии MTV Video Music Awards. Сама же песня стала «гимном поколения Х», но группа чувствовала дискомфорт из-за успеха и внимания, которое они получили. По версии журнала Rolling Stone песня «Smells Like Teen Spirit» заняла 8-е место в списке 500 величайших песен всех времён.
