um, i found these on bonnieandhide.com. photographer is robin whitehead. there are even more (about 20 i think) on the website, but they all look pretty much the same.. don't know what they were made for or why, you can buy prints though. it looks like the same wig () as in the "chicken pyp" video from youtube (irina, some other crazy girls and old dockers, if you remember)..
