Вот подробнее о шестом сезоне
The premiere of Miami's six season will introduce a new character that will come to be very important to Horatio Caine (David Caruso)--his son, played by Evan Ellison. "Part of what has galvanized Horatio is his relationships with children," Caruso told TV Guide, "and for him to have his own flesh and blood in the world makes sense." Unfortunately, Horatio's relationship with his son will be tested before it even begins because, as Caruso said, "the curveball is, he's already in trouble." In fact, the young man is actually one of the suspects in their murder case as they investigate the death of a probation officer in "Dangerous Son".
Ellison will join the cast for several episodes throughout the season. Sofia Milos will also be in the episode, reprising her role as Yelina Salas, detective turned private investigator. "Dangerous Son" will contain old and new characters, Horatio's ever-present sunglasses and plenty of action. Emily Procter (Calleigh Duquesne) said that Miami's producers "are going to keep all the action-packed crime scene elements this season, but we'll get to see a little more romance."
Some of this romance will continue from season five, when Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) and Calleigh began to consider their possible attraction to each other. This is made more difficult by Calleigh's relationship with Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth), a cop who is also returning from last season. While Calleigh might have difficulty deciding how to deal with this dilemma, Procter herself was trying to deal with the heat under the Miami sun during filming. "It's hard to flirt when you feel like you look really hot," she said, "and not in a good way!"
