OASIS rocker NOEL GALLAGHER is considering buying British soccer club Manchester City. The Wonderwall star, who has been a lifelong supporter of the club, announced his intention after learning takeover talks between Manchester City and former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra have suffered a set back. He jokes, "I'm thinking of mounting a hostile takeover - me and (M-People founder) Mike Pickering. "I reckon we could scrape together about GBP400,000 in cash and I reckon we would get it for that."
