Atlantida Project creates a synthesis of shamanic music and sounds of outer space, high technologies and ethnic charm. The interwining of folk singing, dynamic dance rythm-section, grunge guitar, shimmering neon synth parts and live drums gives the band its unique spirit. This music is the sovereign universe of electronic colours, irrational geometry and flickering magic united into one wild stream. However, it isn't the gloomy cyberpunk of urban madness or the pompousness of Spilberg's Encounters: the tunes live by the future technology, but in the same time they are harmonised with nature. The Atlantida Project music takes us to the trip through the distant worlds, inhabited by wonderful creatures. This journey brings us to the place, where the immeasurable space can hide in atoms of microcosm. Atlantida project was launched in summer 2007 by two Saint-Petersburg musicians, Sasha Sokolova(lead vocalist) and Sergei Zyazin (electronic, guitar, arrangement).In 2012 a drummer Kirill Soloviev (who is also a member of Skafandr the instrumental quartet) has joined the band.
