4. Pages are quick to load

5. Works reasonably with a wide variety of browsers, operating systems, and computers.

6. Meets accessibility standards.

7. Is search engine friendly
a) Each page has a good title
b) Each page has META Tags
c) Each picture has a good ALT statement

8. Looks nice

9. Prints well - white on black usually doesn't.

10. Easy to maintain - unlike the html output from Word.
