Patrick Stump on 'Law & Order': Guilty or not?

Remember a few weeks back when we heard that Patrick Stump was going to be on Law & Order? The cat is finally out of the bag and MTV has confirmed that Mr. Stump will be playing a prime suspect in a murder case. The air date has also been moved up to January 2nd. If that's still too far away for you don't fret, MTV plans to air the scenes on Thursday's TRL for all you Stump enthusiasts. So does this mean he might be a killer!? Time to speculate.
