The New Orleans native is in hot water yet again with the law. This time Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter Jr, was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night (January 22) on three felony counts: possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of narcotics.
Its been revealed that Wayne was arrested by DEA agents. He had performed at the Tucson Convention Center on Sunday (January 20). Weezy is currently in custody and the arraignment is at 9:00 AM PT today (January 23).
Lil Wayne was arrested last year in Idaho for possession of drugs. He is currently finishing up his upcoming album “The Carter III” set for a March release
