1. "sakihokoru" literally means "proudly bloom" but it most commonly used to mean "be in full bloom".
2. "hana kara namenna": "nameru" is to look down at, or misjudge or underestimate. But in Japanese it has the nuance of looking down at someone, so it makes sense to put "hana kara" (down from your nose) in front of it. Unfortunately English doesn't have the same nuance with "underestimate", as in one can't really say "don't underestimate us from your nose".
