IT Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
· Assist OA/IT Director in creating short- and long-term IT strategies in accordance with Russian firm strategy.
· Review of existing IT department org-chart in accordance with long-term strategy and growth of the firm. Review of IT staff job descriptions. Build team and develop IT career ladder for IT staff;
· Develop effective communication system in IT department and between IT and other Corporate Service departments, between IT and PwC Lines of Service
· Define and manage IT processes, procedures and services levels to position IT department as ‘Client oriented’ service organization. Constant monitor and updated them when necessary.
· Execute approved IT Strategy and define yearly and ongoing objectives for immediate IT group leaders and Project Manager to ensure PwC has effective IT and Telecom infrastructure allowing support of all users including remote offices and remote users.
· Manage on daily basis the IT operations and cost while delivering and supporting quality IT services
· Work closely with IT Security Manager to ensure safety and security of IT infrastructure and
· Assist OA/IT Director in creating and monitoring IT and Capital Expenditure budgets. Suggest for implementation cost control and cost saving solutions (vendor relationship program, outsourcing, etc.)
· Develop international contact within CEE/CIS PwC Network firms and participate, and/or overview regional projects and initiatives.
Candidate profile:
· Higher technical education, MBA/MBI will be a plus. ITIL, ITSM, PMP certificates will be an additional advantage
· Minimum 5 years experience in IT management in preferably western company with minimum 400 staff and with the network of regional offices. Deputy of CIO/IT Director of the bigger companies will be considered as well
· Candidate should be able to build effective relationship with supervisors, peers and subordinates. Be able to earn trust and respect from PwC LoS Partners and Leaders.
· Significant IT project management skills is the must
· Proofed experience in building IT teams and development of IT staff is essential
· Clear oral and written communication and presentation skills, excellent English

· Motivated, matured, stress resistant and tactful person with strong leadership and customer oriented mindset
· Excellent communicator with ability to explain things to technical and non-technical audience
· Be able to manage big team and motivate individuals
· Be responsible, proactive and result and objective driven

Responsibilities:

o Telephony (Traditional and VoIP)
o Networks (LAN and WAN)
o Servers and Active Directory
o Desktop (PC imaging, SMS and WSUS technologies, etc)
· Define and manage IT processes, procedures and services levels to position IT department as ‘Client oriented’ service organization. Constant monitor and updated them when necessary.
Candidate profile:
· Higher technical education
· Minimum 3 years experience in IT management in preferably western company
· Candidate should be able to build effective relationship with supervisors, peers and subordinates. Be able to earn trust and respect from PwC LoS Partners and Leaders.
