Санаторий "Парус" расположен в районе Нижнего Мисхора, в поселке Гаспра, на мысе Ай-Тодор, вблизи Ласточкиного гнезда на расстоянии 10 километров от Ялты. Территория санатория - ландшафтный парк, где красота дикой природы причудливо сочетается с искусством садоводов и архитекторов. Корпуса санатория расположены на высоте 75 метров над уровнем моря, из окон номеров открывается чудесная панорама на берега Чёрного моря, величественный горный амфитеатр и самый романтический замок "Ласточкино гнездо", который стал визитной карточкой Крыма.
