Люблю этот коллектив, и не только за отличную музыку и тексты, но и за отсутствие излишней мишуры во всем, что они делают. По-настоящему яркие люди с простыми лицами, в простой одежде. Но талант, как говорится, не скроешь ;))

Этот концерт проходил в рамках шоу Леттермана (Live on Letterman) в Ed Sullivan Theater (Нью-Йорк, США) 20 сентября этого года. Релиз нового альбома Coldplay назначен на 24 октября (месяц еще!), поэтому поклонникам было приятно услышать пять новых песен с предстоящего альбома "Mylo Xyloto" ("Paradise", "Charlie Brown", "Hurts Like Heaven", "Major Minus", "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall").

► Для справки. 1200-местный Театр Эда Салливана Ed Sullivan Theater расположен на Манхеттене, это одно из самых старых и почтенных мест в Нью-Йорке. С 1936 года театр служит местом живых записей популярного американского телеканала CBS. Также, театр известен своим первым американским выступлением The Beatles. С 1993 года театр служит Дэвиду Леттерману - одному из самых популярных телеведущих на просторах Америки. Его шоу смотрят миллионы))
