Лук порезать полукольцами и обжарить на растительном масле.
Печёнку порезать на кусочки и добавить к луку. Жарить 5 минут.
Яблоки почистить, удалить сердцевину. Натереть на крупной тёрке. Я натёрла тонкими дольками. Добавить яблоки к печени. Посолить, жарить ещё 10 мин. За 2-3 минуты до конца добавить сливки.
