кому не трудно, помогите пожа-а-алуйста перевести этот текст.

Пришлой зимой я болела.У меня была высокая температура и было воспаленное горло.Что бы не иметь осложнений, я обратилась к доктору.Доктор проверил мой пульс, послушал мое сердце и легкие, посмотрел мой язык и горло, короче говоря осмотрел меня тщательно.Он сказал что у меня простуда. Кроме того, доктор выписал мне некоторые лекарства.Он добавил, что если я буду употреблять из 3 раза в день после еды, то я буду полностью здорова в течении нескольких дней.Действительно, его совет принес мне пользу, в течении нескольких дней у меня спала температура, перестало болеть горло и я полностью выздоровила. Я поняла, что нужно заботиться о себе, что бы в будущем не иметь проблем со здоровьем.

Помогите пожалуйста перевести фразы!В дистанционном словаре не грамотно пишут))

В этом уроке вы будете изучать новую группу времен - так называемые "длительные", или "продолженные" времена. По-английски они называются Continuous Tenses. В этой группе времен, как и в группе неопределенных (Indefinite) времен, есть три времени - настоящее (Present), прошедшее (Past) и будущее (Future) и два залога - действительный (Active) и страдательный (Passive).

Времена группы Continuous обозначают действия, которые протекают (протекали, будут протекать) в точно указанное настоящее, прошедшее или будущее время. Дополнительными характеристиками таких действий являются их незаконченность, динамичность и наглядность. Более подробно мы поговорим об этом ниже. Сначала рассмотрим, как образуются времена этой группы.
